This includes data collected by the agent assisting you at the counter to contract our services, as well as any information you may enter yourself through the form on the Tebiko website: https://tebiko.com.
The data to be collected consists of: Full name, Address, Phone number, and Email address. These will be used to provide the service you are contracting, notify you of any last-minute changes to said service, and, in the event that you lose the receipt covering the contracted service, verify that your official identification matches the personal information stored in our database.
